the burban cookie: TREND? Striped Walls & Brass

Lately the online world has been full of folks spectating what the 2013 trends will be. I speculate striped walls and brass. Well, everyone says brass and I say striped walls. Darker colors with white for the striped walls and brass everywhere else. It's all classic and modern with the stripes and brass ya'll. I've even considered putting stripes in my house (master bath) and I usually have brass throughout but am considering brass door hardware for the in-progress french doors. So what do you think? Stripes and brass for 2013?
